Spring Update

Hello Friends...
Yes, I know its been a while.  Just in case I might have forgotten, I have Bamagramma to remind me :).  We've had a busy but happy Spring.  After getting back from Bamagramps and Bamagrammas house we've been up to our eyeballs with church stuff.  Things there are going well- just really busy.  I know, however, that none of you are tuning in for work updates....so on to the pics and funny stories about Gboo.
Funny story #1: Greta came in our room while I was getting dressed the other day and asked her daddy what I was putting on my chest.  The Preacher told her that I was putting on a bra and that one day she would wear a bra too.  Gboo's response: "Umm, no....I not wearing a bra ever."  We'll see how that goes for her...but she was sucessful in scaring the pants off the Preacher.
Funny story #2: We had a mean bout with the stomach flu a week ago.  It of course originated with the peanut and she was kind enough to share with us later in the week.  Anyhoo, after a night of vomitting Greta had heard us say "poor pitiful peanut" a number of times (we felt really sorry for her...it was pitiful) and when I asked her the next day how she felt she said, "poor pitiful Greta.  Greta is pitiful."  Funny and a heartbreaker all wrapped up in one.
Funny story #3: Greta is into Dora the Explorer now.  There's a character on Dora called Swiper the Fox.  He's the nasty villan.  He swipes Dora's stuff unless you shout "Swiper no swiping" 3x.  We've had several Swiper sightings at our house.  We'll ask where something is and Greta responds, "Swiper took it mommy."  Hmmmm.
Funny story #4: Greta's interest in airplanes has not ebbed.  She asks every other day or so if we are going on an airplane today.  The only place she remembers flying (and our most frequent destination on airplanes) is to Granny and Gramps' house.  So she is now convinced that every airplane is flying to "Awabama" to see "Gwanny and Gwamps."  Yesterday we saw several airplanes that were, according to Greta, headed in that direction and Greta said, "oh my, lots of people want to see Granny and Gramps."  Oh man, the cuteness.
Here are some recent photos.  As you can see, it is FINALLY warm enough to show some skin up here in the Great White North!  More soon.... I promise.
